We deliver throughout San Francisco and select parts of the North Bay, East Bay, and Peninsula. Deliveries typically take place during the business hours of 10am - 5pm.

Please note that delivery within San Francisco is $25 and delivery outside of the city is $65. Delivery fee payment is collected at check out.

Sizing depends upon materials used. For example, when in season, trailing greens may have a slightly longer reach than other bases. Some stems are slightly shorter than others, too.

Arrangement dimensions are approximate and range from 8x8" to 18x18". Please see individual product descriptions for further detail or reach out with questions.

We emphasize seasonal flowers, sourcing from the San Francisco Flower Market and working directly with local farms. We are fortunate to design with an abundance of material grown closely in Northern California.

Whether you're a subscriber or received an arrangement from a loved one, please feel free to keep and reuse your vase(s). However, we gladly accept and reuse our vessels. You can drop them off next time you visit our café for a coffee or leave them on your porch before your next subscription delivery. Thank you!

We recommend checking vase water levels daily. Some flowers are very thirsty and need a top off! To prevent bacteria and encourage longevity, remove stems as they expire and pick a cool spot for your arrangement to live. Out of direct sunlight is best.

Seasonality also affects the longevity of flowers. For example, spring varieties tend to have a shorter lifespan. Some flowers last 3-5 days, others last far beyond.
